Non-alcoholic but fun

7 September 2021 Market trends

In 2021, the spirit and variety known so far from the group of colourful drinks enter the segment of flavoured beers. There are many debuting and non-obvious flavours. As young people begin to treat low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers as a natural and healthier substitute for sweet fizzy drinks, the choice of flavours becomes wider. Beer ceases to be a coarse alcoholic drink for a barbecue or watching a game on TV. It becomes an everyday element of entertainment, trips, going out with friends - a refreshing drink, not necessarily containing "percentages". Growing health awareness makes non-alcoholic beers with lower calories, lower glycemic index or gluten-free beers an everyday choice. Flavoured versions of beers are the basis for work on expanding the range of non-alcoholic beers, which is why breweries compete in composing new flavours, starting with traditional fruit from Polish orchards, and ending with exotic citrus.

The Flavours Factory's R&D Department creates new flavours dedicated to the segment of craft beers, non-alcoholic beers and malt beverages.
